Revamp hypotheses #42

@mcgregorian1, I'm looking at/working on the hypotheses now. While the content is all good, I want to distill the presentation into 2-3 critical questions. More than that will start to seem like a laundry list of questions/ hypotheses that is tough to follow, and this will reduce the impact of the paper.

I'm working on this now.

Ok, thank you! Yep, I wasn't sure how to fully format based on the set-up of predictions from before.
