integrate and complete variables table #50

@mcgregorian1, I think it would be valuable to include a table of variable definitions/ info. I started one (table_variables.xlsx). Could you please integrate into your manuscript (methods section)? We'll also need to fill it in. Please focus on filling in the highlighted cells.

I've updated the table for what I can, but I'm confused by a couple things (I indicated this in the table).

I think its done. For the variables for which you put question marks, the n would be same as the n of cores (assuming we have the data for all). And there would be no numerical values for the categorical traits. Please confirm (see file).
