consider visualizing regression model results #71

@mcgregorian1, I'm not necessarily advocating for this, but wonder if it may be helpful to visualize model results; for example, using the package visreg.

Also, could you please provide brief text for the caption describing the confidence intervals? (bootstrapped, right?)

  • [ ] if easy, would be nice to have H and TWI on linear axes (but it is okay as is)

The model depends on the natural log of both, so when it plots using visreg, it takes the exact model components. I don't think it's possible then.

How about "Confidence intervals were defined as part of the "bootpredictlme4" package, which bootstraps fits to linear mixed effects models."
