NEON errors for Figure 2 #76

@teixeirak I've determined the problem is an internal function error for downloading the NEON data. For example, the wind data for 2016 and 2018 download fine but 2017 will not. I've emailed Claire Lunch (who did the NEON r-tutorial webinars last year) so hopefully she'll get back to me soon.

Also, I've noticed there are now 2 tables and figures Rmd files: both "tables&figures.Rmd" and "tables-figures.Rmd". Is there a reason for this?

I don't see "tables-figures.Rmd", just "tables-figures.pdf". Is this what you were seeing?

@teixeirak just an update for NEON figures - I've done a back and forth with NEON (Claire Lunch) and she informed me that the problem I identified is indeed an API issue that she's already found and fixed. I've altered the code using her workaround and it's fine, but I've also included instructions in there for when the new release of the NEON package comes out on CRAN in late March.

Thus, Figure 2 has been updated - I will also make a note in #62 .

I don't see "tables-figures.Rmd", just "tables-figures.pdf". Is this what you were seeing?

I think I was confused because I was seeing both but I think that was created by me accidentally. I've addressed it and will comment more on #75
