citations to R packages are not working #77

When rendered in PDF, they are printed as "?".

Yep this is because there was something off with the markdown code. This is fixed now (key to note that if we don't explicitly cite a package (.e.g. "I used the elevatr package [cite]"), then it's not included in the references. So, for example we have no citation specifically for ggplot2 because we didn't cite it in the main text.

I had to install all the packages to get their citations to work when I knit; now it's working.
