Calculate previous DBH and height #8

@mcgregorian1, We've already discussed in person, but I thought it would help to open an issue on this to help clarify what needs to be done.

  1. Calculate previous DBH (done), including correction for change in bark thickness (not done).
  2. Use previous DBH to estimate previous height using allometry (note done).

@teixeirak I think you've mentioned this before (apologies for not writing it down), but did you mention you had the allometric equations for the main species in our plot? I remember you pointing to Stovall but they were looking at lidar if I remember correctly.

Status here: height is done (#12), bark thickness correction still needed.
