scripts now inconsistent with some results file names #98

@mcgregorian1 , in a series of recent commits (this AM), I renamed some files previously in the publication folder, and moved out to the main tables_figures folder. This is because the publication folder was becoming too confusing. This will result in some inconsistencies with file naming in your code. Not a big deal, but for the record.
