Determine fate of C cycling and invasives sections

• review what Caroline has sent

• it would be fairly easy to take some content from the Shenandoah paper

• we have some numbers/ graphics on C cycling (e.g., biomass and productivity by species) that could easily be included. We also have biomass mortality.

Caroline wrote descriptions of all invasives (woody and non-woody). They are ready to go. Review, put in the chapter.
