Had a weird issue where I was launched very far into the air and didnt come down for several seconds #126

I had an extremely weird issue where I collided with a platform while jumping and I was launched in the air. Might have been a weird collision issue thought it was worth noting

Can you recreate it. You probably reset your jumps when touching the platform

I dont think I can as we do not have access to dev mode

If the issue can only be created in dev mode, it will be difficult for us to fix it in regular mode as it may not actually be an issue in regular mode

It was an issue in regular mode. What I am saying is that we do not have access to dev mode which makes it hard to recreate exact things that happen.

We are working on dev mode now. If you can not recreate the issue, I will close this as it may have been a rendering problem which can vary by device (I have tested this game constantly today and have never had this happen)

I recreated it. You hit the edge of the platform and reset your jumps giving you three more jumps. This is not an issue, but it puts you at a disadvantage as you can't see the ground and can fall, adding to the gameplay

I was not pressing the jump button.

And it’s more that I cannot recreate it right now as it happened once in 2 hours of testing and I am not able to test anymore tonight

I'll look into the issue but I cannot set this in stone as a bug since the line is blurred between you using a feature and it being a bug. If you can reproduce with video I'll open it back up. Since you ran into this once in your two hours of testing I can't diagnose this as a problem, whether it is due to the mode you are in or mechanics that need tweaking.
