Depends on #33

When a user gets a chord correct within the pitch threshold it should show the user 1) How close the provided answer was 2) What the absolute answer sounds like and how the provided answer sounds different.

We can figure this out later but the displayed comparison can show percent error, how many progress intervals it was off, a computed sin wave comparison... Any suggestions can be commented.
