Add dropdown menus to options

Possible alternative to #48

Instead of opening a fragment we can use a custom listview layout to provide a dropdown sub-list when selecting an option.

• [ ] Choose chord needs a dropdown list
• [ ] Edit Hint Settings might need to be refactored to be included in this change
• [ ] Instrument selection needs a dropdown list (Depends on #57)

In the future if we want to clear the scores of individual notes. If we add pitch bending configuration settings.
