Progress Report: Week of March 30 #89

Please write below a short summary of any progress you have made since our last meeting/progress report. Not everyone has to write a comment but do @-mention who worked on what.

If possible, create a new Release or deploy the latest webapp so I can check it out. This is not a requirement so only do it if it won't mess up your development.

When done reporting, close this Issue. I might re-open it later if I have questions.

Deadline is the day of scheduled meeting or the day after if you are having issues.

During the last two weeks, I have been working on a few stuff. First, I fixed some issues from the beta release; now the users can update their age, their occupation, and their address. Second, the text is not editable anymore and I added more security features in order to give the user better security. Third, I made sure that only the right user can see his draft posts and nobody else.

After I finished those issues, I started to work on new issues; When a new user registers to the web, the user will receive a welcome email.

Now, I am working on implementing a way to communicate between users (sending an email using a form) and a way to lookup an item using a keyboard search query.
