I didn't check the Cognito forms website instructions before selecting the Name form in Alexa, so this might be me just not looking in the right place but -
the Name form doesn't indicate that the form was for "Your favorite book and author," and didn't mention that information until I asked it to repeat my answers. Might be a nice addition to have Alexa specify what the form is for in the title or at the beginning.
