Unclear instructions for how to submit a 'date' correctly for RTD form #132

Not sure if this is just something frequent Alexa users would already know, but I had to guess a few times how to say the date correctly. Could be helpful to have "For example, say 'date November 20th 2020" in the prompt.

Similar problem with the 'time' question. Again, I could just be unaware with common Alexa commands.
