Update Readme with Getting Started instructions #22

The Readme file should contain step-by-step instructions on how to install and run your app, for development.

See this sample Readme for a good overall outline, or follow this tutorial. For now, you do not need to add all the info these examples show, just the parts about getting a development environment setup. That is, the stuff you do every day when coding for this project.

When you close an issue by writing code, either fixing a bug or creating a new feature, you should add a link to the git-commit(s) that did it.

This can be done automatically if you just write "closes #X" in the comment of the git-commit, where X is the issue number you want to close. See closing issues using keywords for more information.
