Change Calculator View to bind to the view model #25

Changed the Calculator view to bind to the data model to separate the concerns of business logic and display logic as well as enhance testability.

Note, I do not use the adjusted BTUs or adjusted Kilowatt rating. This will have to be implemented when we update the settings pages.

26 makes this pull request redundant. This PR should only be merged if #26 is not.
