Data export as CSV file. #47

Export bluetooth and possibly siteinfo data as a CSV file. Blocked by #30 and #31.

This should be accomplished using a share button in the AppBar, AppBar Menu, or FAB. It should only exist as an option when the "Job" view is selected.

Apache Commons has a CSV library for Java.
