Where do Private files "go" #493

I tried uploading both the files listed in the RC1 release - example 00 and example 01. I am not able to see "Example 00", though it appears to be somewhere, because when I try to reproduce the error, I can't name my file "Example 00" (00:29 in my video). However, that one doesn't show up on my dashboard, and when I try to post another private file, that one doesn't show up, either. Public files show up fine for me, and the testuser you provided.

So, what's the behavior for Private files? -- I assumed they'd be only visible to me, or maybe they're just visible to some kind of superuser?

I should add I'm not a member of any organization on this new account I made -- maybe that's part of the issue.

Thanks hobbs! Private files should be visible in your profile page, under "Your Files" (we changed the profile page so I am not entirely sure what exactly it was called before) -- today I'll send a video of how to do it

Ahh, ok, I didn't realize there was somewhere special I was supposed to go for private files. Maybe make a note about that on one of the pages?
