Delivery address validates for proper state entry but not address #173

This issue is split from the issue #165 which has more information.

This will be a wontfix. In order to 100% validate an address, I would need access to every possible address in the US. An API might not fully be accurate either and could be out of date later on. An API with out of date information wouldn't allow the the user to enter in his or her address. As it is, there is some address validation already. The app only allows addresses beginning with a digit to be saved.
