Searching with Twitter/Reddit

When I first navigated through your website, I was very confused as to how to use it, until I looked at the Help page. Although the instructions are well written, users should not have to navigate all the way to the bottom of a page to read them. I would suggest displaying the instructions somewhere around the search bar, after the user creates an account and logs in.
