Enhancing readme. #75

In the file there should be detailed step by step guideline on how to install everything necessary (assuming NOTHING is installed so far) and running the tests. For windows or linux machine. If done from command line, all commands should be included.

@panchenk when you add an Issue, make sure you assign it to every student in the team, and label it as a bug.

@Sorrento110 @malBaskin @DarkHeromagic @lheckle Postgres failed to install. If you successfully made it work, please see me by the end of the week and show me how your project passes the unit and behavioral test. Shoot me an email before you come. panchenk@email.sc.edu

@panchenk I didn't develop either of the tests, but I'll look into it as soon as I can; can you possibly send a screenshot or let me know of the specific error code so I can troubleshoot it further? Thanks!

@lheckle In fact, postgres failed to even download after several attempts. So I can't even proceed further. It might be easier if somebody from your teem just showed it to me on a laptop that already has everything installed.

@panchenk Do you need the behavior test demonstrated, too? When making the script, I just followed the directions for the Selenium google chrome plugin. The script is in the Behavior Testing folder on the master branch and can be imported into Selenium. I can meet you Friday if needed.
