TA feedback: Milestone 5 #4

Design appears to show all screens needed, although some of the pages, such as the “Upload” page, are confusing, partially because they are difficult to read due to scan quality. Most of the navigation appears easy to understand, although it would be helpful to have a text explanation, as some of the screens apply to different groups of users.
