I see you say you will add "Courses". What exactly to they entail? Is a course a collection of quizes?

Personally, I think you should focus more on building a solid UI for Quiz+Submissions management.

Allow user to add existing questions to quizes
Give quizes deadlines
Allow users to take the same quiz over and over again, show improvement in graph
New quiz type: questions get randomized
New question type: multiple single choice
New question type: multiple choices
Timed quizes
etc

Yes, a collection of quizzes. Maybe organize the quizzes by user id (teacher) instead? It would probably be easy to isolate a teacher selection from users that have created quizzes. I'm just thinking about 100+ quizzes in the dropdown menu with no top-level.

All people can make a quiz and they all go in the same quiz dropdown menu as it is right now.

Nope

Each problem in the app's database will be tagged with both keywords and a difficulty level (Low, Medium, and High).
- The instructor interface needs the ability to specify a number of problems a student should need to complete at each difficulty level in order to advance to the next level.
- If an instructor decides that each student will answer, for example, 6 problems at the Low difficulty level
- The web app will only allow a student to advance to the Medium difficulty level after correctly answering 6 Low level problems.
Instructors need a summary to view all students:
- Results
- Results at each Difficulty level
- Include a link to the actual problems

Ok. That looks fine to me.

If the team wants to implement the above specifications (from @jeSager ) instead of what I mention at the top of this issue then just create a new Issue with those specs, assign it to RC1, label:enhancement, and close this.

Added the difficulty issue #66 , but the group would like this left open as suggestions / things we can improve on.
