Quizzes can be changed and taken multiple times without changing the quiz name #58

This is confusing, because the quizzes have the same name in the list of grades, but are actually different quizzes. If a quiz has been taken already, it shouldn't be able to be changed without changing the name.

This could also possibly be solved with some sort of "finalize" button that makes a quiz unable to be edited.

Quizzes can now be assigned but an open and closed list needs to be made to be sure that teachers cannot modify quizzes that are assigned. This shouldn't take much time to implement.
