Adds a quiz to a course ONLY on creation of a new quiz.
Problems: Javascript not adding new quiz into the drop down box upon creation, only on creation of the actual problem.
TBD: Create Quiz has a select course option (the working piece) but there is also is a drop down for Courses (not working at the moment)
