Quiz completion date is wrong (or at least not adjusted to my time zone) #82

Edit: Also, not really a bug but it might be nice to have the quizzes ordered by completion date with the most recently taken quiz at the top. Right now, my most recently taken quiz is in the middle of two older versions of that quiz.

Changed the result generation code to convert it to the proper time zone, will merge it later.
