Be able to change the value of the selected color by updating the RGB values individually with input boxes for R, G, and B.

Beyond scope of project currently, Beta will focus on adding tools as functional, insuring UI looks near finished, and keeping current implementations working - can be added to Release Candidate 1 Milestone if time permits
