[x] Integrate ManageTourHistory with the Tour History scene.
[x] Identify why persistent storage is not working correctly
[x] Create a fix for the persistent storage bug in Tour History
[x] Create a fix for the persistent storage bug in Achievements
[x] Change Tour History script so that it stores stop name instead of building ID
