Add technologies to Project Description #144

You should make a final decision on which technologies you will use ASAP so everyone can work on their Research Milestone.

Specifically, add Technology section to your Project Description wiki page with the specific

[ ] Framework (Android, Django, etc)
[ ] Languages (Python, Swift, Kotlin, etc)
[ ] IDE
[ ] backend server? (firebase) hosting service? (google cloud), if any
[ ] any other third-party libraries or APIs you plan to use, if any

you will use.

Close this when done.
