Add technologies to Project Description #150

You should make a final decision on which technologies you will use ASAP so everyone can work on their Research Milestone.

Specifically, add Technology section to your Project Description wiki page with the specific

[ ] Framework (Android, Django, etc)
[ ] Languages (Python, Swift, Kotlin, etc)
[ ] IDE
[x] backend server? (firebase) hosting service? (google cloud)
[x] any other third-party libraries or APIs you plan to use?
