Progress Report: Week of March 30 #57

Closed josemvidal closed 4 years ago

josemvidal commented 4 years ago

Please write below a short summary of any progress you have made since our last meeting/progress report. Not everyone has to write a comment but do @-mention who worked on what.

If possible, create a new Release or deploy the latest webapp so I can check it out. This is not a requirement so only do it if it won't mess up your development.

When done reporting, close this Issue. I might re-open it later if I have questions.

Deadline is the day of scheduled meeting or the day after if you are having issues.

Mostly Style, I made home page join together and gave it a cleaner more put together look. Removed access to profile logins from navbar.

Working on creating a new graph for the results page, a pie chart that separates positive and negative so we can get an idea of the general trend in a more concise fashion. @joeyoneill and I also discussed what to do about history, we've decided that we're dropping accounts and just going to work with cookies exclusively, since we don't think it's that big of an advantage to have an account to log in.

Fixed the date search functionality. You cannot search by date but you can filter by date. This has the ability to filter tweets out by a user specified time up to 7 days in the past.

Is this done? If so, close.

I apologize, I did not realize this was a per person report, I’m still trying to figure out how this online stuff is working,

Thank you.

You should re-watch my teamwork lecture where I explain how GitHub works and how we use it.
