Add SCE Related "ads" to the Website #136

On the left or right side of some pages, or even the footer, add advertisements but instead of being for outside companies, they are for SCE related things.

e.g.

3/17 Meeting

We have three things to do:

Get a single Ad from Mongo
Get all ads in Mongo
Write API tests

Get a single Ad from Mongo

We noticed that this was complicated. You can try and use skip() like this stackoverflow discussion
figure this out in another PR

Get all ads from Mongo

Just follow this super easy

Write API tests

Follow test/SignLog.js
Use const variables up top to test adding and getting all values
Make sure invalid object cant be added
