I added Cli Arg Parsing in order to begin the query process. First of 3 prs. Very simple to use
Instructions: Run using node --ip_printer ip --fetch_interval_seconds 69 --printer_name left --influx_url http://influxDB.quasar_default
will throw an error when making an error on how to use. Passes argument to future class.
