Add scraper to docker yml #64

Add docker file for scraper.js and add docker to docker-compose.yml See #63

How to Test Enter your IP into your config file with names of printer as well.
run docker-compose up --no-deps --build printing_scraper influxDB
the status codes should be 204 or200 not 400 or 404.
open new terminal and run docker-compose up --no-deps --build -d influxDB
then do, use quasar_data, select * from laserJet. Shows the entered data
