dev branch unit tests fail #26

when building the current dev branch, the bbp/tests/UnitTests.py script fails. These tests are important for users to confirm their installation is working correctly.

Updated unit tests' reference files to match results from latest versions of the codes, for more details, please refer to commit 023a94429482b6ff9dcd62b998b1e89e5cdf0a6a
