Should be simple and really only have one direct dependency: http://seismicdata.github.io/SEIS-PROV/validation.html#installation Should end up with scripts to:

Validate a gmp file
Print all content to terminal
Summarize file content (e.g., provenance, station/trace/metric summary statistics but not exhaustive)
Write a CSV "flatfile" version of the file
