should event be a pointer only? #9

Often in the minutes/hours after an event, its parameters (origin, depth, magnitude) may change, which would make the event {} stale. Would it be better to just refer to a ComCat record? The disadvantage is that it requires software using geojson document to search ComCat before using data if people are only running it for events of a certain size or location.

Maybe along with the event id and event information, it should also include a url for the event page, which will always have the most recent information. https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/uw10530748
