Encapsulate AnotationDrawing and AnnotationFormOverlay into a Konva Component :

[ ] pass only in props :
- DisplayMode
- DrawingState/SetDrawingState
[ ] set DeleteShape and UpdateCurrentShape into that component
[ ] Clean duplicate code into TargetSpatialInput, DrawingTemplate, ImageCommentTemplate
