Neat pick what about https://cleaver.readthedocs.io/ instead of https://cleaver2.readthedocs.io/

I am also wondering if we should rename the GitHub project from cleaver2 to cleaver

I've added a new rtd project for https://cleaver.readthedocs.io/. cleaver2 rtd is still up for now. We should be able to archive the old cleaver repo and rename this one
