There are a dozen or more regression tests that are currently commented out in the cmake file. Unclear yet why they don't run.

CMake build scripts for the cli regression tests have been fixed. The tests all now build. Almost all of the tests are failing. Unclear what has changed since they were commented out. cli_strict is still passing, so uncommenting and adding that to standard ran tests on travis-ci.
