Orientation Glyph Shading #1931

The normals are wrong because the orientation glyphs were designed to be used with flat shading.

[x] Switch to uniform shading
[ ] Correct the normals in the arrow.geom
[ ] Add a toggle to switch between flat and Phong shading in viewScene settings
