Make Module Tag Layer Easier to Use #2104

The tag layer is non intuitive/does not work but is a great tool for organizing complex networks and making teaching networks.

I suggest that the Tag making interface be cleaned up/make accessible. Perhaps in the options->edit notes area of a module there could also be an add tag option

Another feature to add: When using a tag layer have the labels specific to the network. As it currently stands if you edit the tags on one network, then those labels are global for all other networks used. So for intance if you wanted tag group to be "Import Data" in one network then when you open another network it is still "Import data", and you would have to manually change the label each time you load a network where you want that to change.
