• [ ] Parallel STL looks very cool. Which modules use basic stuff like std::sort and are bottlenecked by those?
• [x] Really need to convert to std::shared_pointer and std::make_shared
• [ ] std::optional is probably ready
• [ ] Floating point range iterator and integer index iterator objects
• [ ] Check out ranges library
• [ ] Metaprogramming chapter has a lot of good stuff
  • [ ] constexpr if statements
  • [ ] tuple iteration
  • [ ] reflection
  • [ ] generic safe cast
• [ ] Proxy object chapter can be applied to SolveBiotSavart and ImplicitModel algos
