Browse available Python/Matlab scripts #599

There should be a way to browse through Matlab scripts that are available in the SCIRun repo (Matlab package). Possible solutions are to have the browser in Matlab package modules, or in the network editor.

Maybe. this would be a lot of qt stuff. They could take a stab at it.
