Meta-issue for provenance database table implementation.

Continued from #358.

Network change table:

id, timestamp, type, description

Module change table:

each module have own provenance table??
id, timestamp, ???

vistrails has provenance in it. Is there a way to incorperate that or another third party provenance package?

That idea came up in a dev meeting long ago. I think @aylakhan could shed more light on feasibility.

Vistrails is very powerful and does a lot more than provenance. Python package is available: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/vistrails to experiment with.
