Seg3D is a free volume segmentation and processing tool developed by the NIH Center for Integrative Biomedical Computing at the University of Utah Scientific Computing and Imaging (SCI) Institute.
When reading these dicom files, seg3d does not assign the correct slice thickness and it reverts to 1. Also, the slice direction is not correctly interpreted by one of the volumes either.
