Seg3D ShapeWorks Data exchange

Seg3D will launch with set of files as an input. The data exchange will need to:

• [ ] send segmentations (and images) to Seg3D. Probably via hard disk
• [ ] retrieve corrected segmentations

Seg3D has a socket layer that should enable data exchange through the seg3d's action layer. data needs to saved to disk, but will except filepaths for data to read and write. simplifying the data path structure for the users would be helpful.
