My Cuda version is 12.1 and so I need Pytorch 1.13.0. Currently install_shapeworks.sh supports up to Cuda 11.2 and installs Pytorch 1.11.0 Also, there are probably some Cuda versions in install_shapeworks.sh that are deprecated and can be removed.
