The vtk based window width and leveling control using the mouse is nearly unusable when the scalar range is something like 64,000-65,000. Since it's a geometric multiplication of the value with the mouse change, the amounts are crazy and it's impossible to control. I think we should replace this with a more sensible brightness/contrast 0-100 similar to Seg3D2.
