particle files loading incorrectly #5

The vtk particle files do not load in the same space as the segmentations.

particle files are loading correctly, but the nrrd files are. the nrrd conversion from LPS to RAS does not account for the proper origin. The nrrd files are correctly saved out, so shapeworks results are not affected, but the visualization in slicer is not accurate. The fix will need to be applied to the nrrd format or slicer readers
